When he came to the luxury Hôtel Long Beach in Mauritius, the Chef Pâtissier gave the hotel Chefs a wonderful demonstration of his specialities.

The Parisian Chef Pâtissier Serge Martin recently came to the 5-star Hôtel Long Beach in Mauritius to demonstrate macaroons and a few of his other delicious specialities. This young chef is passionate about preparing desserts and canapés and decorating his sumptuous work. He has had the chance to practise his art in France, as well as in the United Kingdom and Canada, and has also passed his passion on by teaching pâtisserie at the Atelier des Sens in Paris.

All of the teams of Chefs at the restaurants of the luxury Hôtel Long Beach were very keen to learn the recipes for the masterpiece creations of the Chef Serge Martin. The Chef Pâtissier, especially known for the excellence of his macaroons, prepared a tarte mosaïque, griottine and other chocolate specialities such as his famous “Snickers” under the watchful eyes of the Long Beach Chefs and Sous-Chefs ! With these demonstrations, this inventive Chef illustrated his motto perfectly : “It is better to live your dreams than dream in your life !” The Chefs at the Long Beach are now ready to relive their new experiences learnt from talented Chefs who have passed on their expertise, expertise which you will soon find in your dishes when you come for a holiday at the luxury Hôtel Long Beach in Mauritius ! A taste of paradise !
